We provide legal services for those people who wish to live permanently and legally in the United States by assisting in obtaining an Alien Registration Receipt Card, more commonly referred to as a Green Card.
Under other circumstances, we will serve our clients by working with the federal government to allow noncitizens to live in the Country temporarily while the noncitizen is a student in the Country, a temporary visitor, or planning to marry a US citizen.
We also serve those noncitizens who have been discriminated against by their employer due to their noncitizenship status or national origin.
